Every plan produces the same verdict from the same engine. You pay for volume, history and the tools that make re-screening routine, never for a sales call or an implementation project.

What does a verdict actually mean?
GREEN: no listed substance at or above its threshold. AMBER: a duty applies (typically an Article 33 communication for an SVHC at ≥ 0.1 %) but the product can stay on the market. RED: a restricted or authorisation-only substance is over its limit. FLAG: the data can't support a verdict yet. Every verdict cites the list entry it rests on.
Is this legal advice?
No. Verachek is an automated screening aid built and reviewed by a compliance engineer. It informs your decision; you remain the legal duty-holder under REACH, RoHS and the other regulations. We say so on every report.
Which regulations are covered?
Thirteen EU lists: REACH SVHC Candidate List, Annex XIV and Annex XVII; RoHS Annex II; the POPs Regulation; PFAS restrictions and the universal proposal; the Battery Regulation; CLP Annex VI; BPR; F-Gas; ODS; Critical Raw Materials; and CoRAP. EU/EEA scope only at launch, see Regulations.
How does engineer review work?
Every RED verdict is held until a compliance engineer approves or corrects it. Standard review targets one working day; Professional and Business plans are prioritised, and Business includes an SLA.
What happens to my SDS files?
They are processed to extract Section 3, stored in your isolated workspace for your report history, and deleted on request or account closure. Details in the Privacy Policy; business customers can sign our DPA.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled at any time and take effect at the next billing date. Pay-per-report purchases never expire the report's link inside a subscription.
